Yes. Program availability depends on your provider and may include categories such as Longevity, Aesthetics, Wellness, Male and Female Hormone Health, Sexual Health, and Allergy Immunotherapy programs.
Once your provider submits your plan and information through the RxHarmony portal, a member of our Patient Success Team will contact you for onboarding. You will also receive an email with instructions to create your patient portal account and information about the next steps in the onboarding process.
Your RxHarmony program is designed to make it easier to follow the plan your provider prescribed.
Instead of leaving you to manage each step on your own, RxHarmony helps coordinate the moving parts that often happen between office visits, including your medication, supplies, pharmacy communication, refill timing, billing support, and patient questions.
Your program is billed every 30 days, which helps make ongoing participation more manageable instead of requiring the full plan cost upfront.
Your provider remains responsible for your care plan, including medication selection, dosing, and any changes to your prescription. RxHarmony supports the process so you can stay focused on following your provider’s guidance.
Yes. You can cancel anytime; a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Signing up for the program is as simple and easy way to get your life back on track. There’s no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time if it doesn’t work out or affordably fit into other aspects of life without feeling guilty about breaking a contract.
Because medications are delivered in 60-day supplies, we require a 30-day notice before cancelling your program. Programs cancelled without a 30-day notice or after medication has been shipped will incur the final payment.
There is no long-term commitment. Simply put, short term 60-day commitments only.
Which typically means you will incur one more billing cycle. So minimally you are committing to 2-months only. The program will auto renew as long as you are actively enrolled in the program(s).
